At IZONE, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. We aim to ensure your tech setup is perfect, providing seamless exchanges and refunds for all eligible purchases.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IZONE account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
